Family Password

Hillcrest will not release any information about the patient's medical condition to anyone over the phone without permission.  If patients wish for information to be shared with friends and family when they call, then patients will need to agree to use the family password.

The family password is a 4-digit number that will be given to each patient by a Hillcrest associate.  Please give this number to anyone who will be calling and asking about your medical condition.

If anyone calls to ask about a patient's medical status and does not know the correct family password, Hillcrest will release very limited information.
