Registration
After the triage nurse has assessed you, you will be asked to complete the registration process. You will need to provide the registration associate with:
- Identification such as a driver's license or State ID card;
- A current phone number so we may contact you to give you X-ray and lab reports after your discharge from the Emergency Department; and
- Insurance information, including the name and address of your primary care physician.
We make every effort to treat our patients as quickly as possible. There are times when the Emergency Department is extremely busy with critically- and seriously-ill patients and you may be required to wait for a period of time. Should you feel that your condition has changed, please check with the triage nurse who will reassess you.
