RN Nursing Supervisor - Rehab Center

Serves as a liaison between nursing and all other departments at our Rehab facility located at our Herring Avenue campus.  Responsible for shift supervision of all nursing personnel/units including but not limited to: Performance Improvement, staff scheduling, patient rounds/problem resolution, education, staff evaluations, counselings, TJC/DADS.

 Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Bachelors degree preferred) and hold a current RN license in the State of Texas.  Must have at least two to five years progressive nursing experience such as Assistant Head Nurse, Head Nurse or Charge Nurse.
