Food Services Supervisor

Responsible for patient tray line and diet office functions; ensures sanitation to meet regulations; interviews, hires, trains new employees as well as evaluates and counsels; assists in retail operation and production activities; supervises and participates in volume of meal preparation; completes patient rounding; maintains records; other related work as required.

Qualifications include previous supervisory healthcare experience in a similar position.  Must obtain Serve Safe Certification.  Must be able to multi-task, make quick operational decisions, have commitment to improve quality of food preparation and service.  Must have excellent customer service skills plus effective oral and written communication.  Flexibility with regard to changing schedules and priorities is required.

Nutrition Retail Supervisor

Responsible for providing support to the food and nutrition department and hospital by providing food service operations in the cafeteria to associates, guest and physicians; assists in all special and patient functions Insures sanitation to meet regulations; assists operations manager with interviewing, hiring, training of new employees along with evaluating and counseling;  provides in-services for all retail food service employees; supervises and participates in the volume preparation of meals; assists with coordination of patient and retail operations; participates in developing menu items; assists in preparing reports.

Qualifications include previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting with cash handling; a commitment to service excellence and patient satisfaction; must be able to demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills along with multi-tasking and quick decision making; must obtain Serve Safe Certification.

Full-time position at Medical Center on I-35.

   

Nutrition Financial Analyst

Responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, budget, payroll, purchasing, reporting, inventory, chargebacks, cost analysis, meal counts, cash reports, etc for the food services department at both Hillcrest Campuses; will perform trend analysis to assist in decision making; assists retail manager in programming current and accurate pricing for registers; will oversee all pricing and tax rates are being completed properly; will perform financial audits; will keep employee files current; will assist director with monthly operating reports. 

Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or an equivalent related degree.  Similar experience would be a plus.  Full-time, day position.

 

Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:  loads data in DSS database; maintains payment tables; performs complex reconciliations; reports payment trends for managed care products; assists senior analyst as needed.

Requirements:  Bachelors in Accounting.  ADS experience would be a plus!

   

Sr Financial Analyst

Responsibilites include:  Monthly & daily reporting of vital hospital information; payer analysis through database utilities & other software; assist with monthly financial variance analysis by comparing actual & budgeted data.   

 

Requirements:  Bachelors in Accounting or Finance with 2-4 years relative experience.
