Assistant Chief Nursing Officer
The Assistant CNO is responsible for the leadership, goal setting, direction and administration for several areas and departments within the Medical Center. The position is responsible for the delivery of patient care and nursing. The Assistant CNO is responsible for establishing and maintaining policies, procedures and standards, promoting quality patient, and actively participating in hospital leadership functions. The Assistant CNO evaluates and implements special projects. The job requires an RN with a minimum of 5 years professional nursing experience including a proven track record at the Director level. Candidates must have strong skills in quality projects, financial planning/management, and interpersonal relationships, and consensus building. Strong computer skills along with a background in data analysis are also important qualifications. Masters degree required.Director of Nursing
This challenging position has overall responsibility and accountability for operational and clinical activities for critical care and medical/surgical units.
Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience. Two years experience as a Clinical Manager/Leader or equivalent. Demonstrates proven experience in quality projects, financial planning and management, interpersonal relationships and consensus building. Graduate of an NLN-approved School of Nursing. Masters degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, MBA or related administration field.
